Squat results

I was initially super scared to post this picture but i am really happy with the results so far that i had to share. There is still a lot if work to do as there is still half of the month left but I have renewed motivation. It really feels great to see results. My legs and butt feels and looks a lot more toned, firm and smooth.

Squat challenge feedback: Day 3 I prefer doing the squats in the morning before I head to the shower. Day 1: was easy, didn’t feel much and thought that it hadn’t worked Day 2: ok so now we talking, really felt sore in my thighs Day 3: kicked my ass … literally, my thighs and butt feels like jelly Tomorrow is rest day….
